Wild Thyme was born from a simple, powerful idea: what if a restaurant could nourish both the body and the community? Founded by NJL, we are a “restaurant with a difference,” where 100% of our profits are reinvested into creating opportunities and providing essential support services.
We are currently closed for public dining as we focus on our mission through catering. We are now taking bookings for our exclusive Christmas Party Pop-Up Events and Festive Grab & Go Catering. This is the perfect way to enjoy our food and support our cause this holiday season.
